Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the use of WeddingOps Pro, a SaaS platform operated by Inversiones El Cisne ("we", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.
1. The service
WeddingOps Pro is a management platform for wedding planners that includes CRM, wedding management, budgets, vendors, guests, communications and a couple portal. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
2. Accounts and permitted use
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not: (a) use the service for illegal activities, fraud or spam; (b) infringe intellectual property rights; (c) attempt to compromise the security of the service (malware, scraping, reverse engineering); (d) resell or redistribute the service.
3. Intellectual property
We retain ownership of the software, documentation and brand. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the service within your plan. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us a license to host and process it solely to provide the service.
4. Payments and subscription
Our payment process is handled by our online reseller Gumroad (Gumroad, Inc.). Gumroad is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles customer service inquiries related to orders, billing, taxes, cancellations, refunds and returns. Payment terms, billing cycles, renewal, cancellation and refund are governed by Gumroad's terms, available at gumroad.com/terms. For additional inquiries you can write to ccisne@wedding-ops.com.
5. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms. Upon termination, you will have a reasonable window to export your data before deletion.
6. Warranties and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (lost profits, data loss, etc.), except where required by law.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of Inversiones El Cisne.
